Glendale Child Care center was established in 1968 as a provider of childcare services During the past 32 years, Glendale Child Care centers has been a leader within the childcare industry. We started as "All Seasons Childcare" in 1968 as a provider of childcare. Our company has evolved into not only a quality childcare provider service, but also a preschool program that will enhance the educational development of your child. Glendale Child Care has now built and established more than 48 custom childcare centers across the country.
Much of this success is the result of the values and beliefs of Glendale Child Care centers founder, Paul J. Emch Paul's first mission statement was to "provide tender loving care and education too" for each child. Not much has changed over the years. We all share the goal of making sure that your child knows that he or she is someone special, and needs to be educated and prepared for the challenges in life. Paul expected every employee to be an ambassador of company principles -- demonstrating love, integrity, generosity, self-discipline and hard work -- simply treating others as we would want to be treated. The current management team has molded these values into their strategic plans and operating practices. These values, along with a team approach to management, have empowered Glendale Child Care centers to grow to nearly 200 employees who care for nearly 1,000 children each day. Paul is no longer with us, but his commitments to quality, education, and safety have been passed down to the third generation of family who oversee the operations.
What We Believe We believe that every child is a precious, God-given being with basic needs - social, physical, emotional and intellectual. We will work to instill proper manners and values, honesty and sharing, respect and self worth in your child. It is our purpose to meet those needs when your child is in our care, by providing a safe and loving environment here at our school.

Hello! My name is Corrine M. Cakebread and I am currently serving as director of Valley Child Care and Learning Center in the Arrowhead community located at 75th Ave. & Deer Valley. I have had the pleasure of serving Arizona families since 1991 and have been with this location since 2006. I have the best office support staff anyone could ask for and they all truly love children. We believe that every child deserves an amazing preschool experience. Our team aspires to build their self-esteem by creating an environment with the best teaching staff and rich and meaningful learning experiences. I have a penchant for children with different learning abilities and strive to find ways to engage each child and support them in their journey of learning and fun!
I am married to an amazing man. He is a super daddy and my soul mate who also plays drums in a local rock band. We have five beautiful children. Our son, Joshua, is an established artist and attending ASU with a dual major in art and elementary. Our son, Jesse, is an active young man. He plays tackle football, is in student council and has aspirations of a becoming a "sports doctor", a geologist/explorer and NFL coach. Our oldest daughter, Jenna, has a wicked sense of humor and is quite the singer. She hopes to become an equine veterinarian and move to a ranch with Justin Bieber and raise horses. Our middle daughter, Julia, is extremely witty. She wants to become a scientist (we envision a C.E.O./corporate lawyer & probably president of the P.T.A.) Our youngest daughter, Josephine, is eccentric with a rock star persona! I can see her starting her fashion line after her first album comes out. She has been writing songs since she was three and can play the drums like daddy! I have a ridiculously close extended family filled with educators, artist & police officers and local business owners (we are a hoot at family reunions!)
I look forward to meeting your family and helping your child learn, grow & flourish. I thank you for the opportunity to serve your family.
Our Mission is "To Make Children Smile"
